What is the Hologic Platinum Marketplace?

The Hologic Platinum Marketplace is a state-of-the-art website designed to help you drive demand in your community for Hologic women's health solutions. The materials we offer provide your facility a competitive advantage against other facilities with mammo-technology, and serve as a selling point for current and prospective patients.

Why should our facility use the Hologic Platinum Marketplace?

We created this turn-key solution not only as a service to help you promote your business and raise community awareness of your practice, but also to help you communicate accurate, scientifically based, clinically proven, and legally vetted information about Hologic women's health solutions.

What's included with the Hologic Platinum Marketplace?

The Hologic Platinum Marketplace includes an expanding range of marketing materials that allow you to:

  • Engage referring physicians
  • Educate front-desk staff
  • Raise awareness among your facility's patients and in the wider community
  • Optimize your press and online communications

You can personalize many of the materials to include your facility's branding. Most materials are available for free download and print order.

Are materials available in other languages?

Yes! Some materials are available in Spanish as well as English.

How do I personalize the marketing materials?

The website automates personalization, based on the account profiles that you enter. In the "My Account" section of the site, you can add as many facility profiles as you like, saving each under a separate name. When you're ready to personalize, you can choose any of your saved profiles, or enter and save a new one.

What kinds of personalization can I add?

Personalization options include Name, Facility, Full Address, Phone, Website URL, and your logo. Some materials only offer partial personalization.

Why do my personalized materials have markings around the border?

We have included crop marks and bleed around the customizable materials so you can send them directly to your printer without having to edit the files further for professional printing. If you would like to print these materials yourself, you can set your printer to exclude them by adjusting "Scale to Fit" options in your print settings.

What if we need help choosing materials or learning how to personalize them?

Your customer service concierge is available to support you via live chat, a toll-free number (1-888-507-0720), or email ([email protected]). However, most site program participants find the website as easy to use and self-explanatory as today's best-in-class shopping sites.

How can my facility access the Hologic Platinum Marketplace?

We've created a simple process for verifying and setting up user accounts:

  1. Your facility will receive an invite link via a program enrollment postcard that your account manager will provide, and/or an auto-generated program enrollment email.
  2. Access your facility's invite URL and complete a brief application that lets you enter all of your facility's marketing contacts.
  3. Once verified and approved, each of your facility contact list members receives a welcome email with their username and a personal password setup link. Your facility also receives the Hologic Platinum Marketplace welcome kit, which is sent via Fed Ex Ground directly to your location
  4. Once members have created their passwords, they'll have access to the Hologic Platinum Marketplace, and can begin ordering or downloading materials.

Is it possible to have multiple users and locations?

Yes! When you complete the application form, you can provide email addresses for additional marketing contacts. Once your facility application is verified, these users will receive login credentials to access the Hologic Platinum Marketplace.

Is the site secure?

The website uses the highest level of encryption available. We process credit card transactions with Braintree, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available.

Can we make changes to materials that we download?

All downloadable materials are delivered as high-resolution PDFs. With the exception of areas that can be personalized, the materials cannot be altered because of strict medical/legal healthcare marketing regulations. The site provides logos and images for customers who prefer to create their own materials in house.

Will resources on the website be updated, and will we be notified of updates?

We will continue to add new product offerings regularly to the Hologic Platinum Marketplace. Check the site frequently for updates, and we encourage you to email your suggestions for collateral marketing materials to [email protected]. You'll also receive periodic emails about new marketing materials, tips for how to use them most effectively, and other relevant updates.

What happened to the Pink Ribbon marketing site?

The Pink Ribbon marketing site has transitioned to the Hologic Platinum Marketplace, but updated content has been placed on a 2D and Genius 3D® section of our new website, and all Pink Ribbon customers will be transitioned to the new platform. Only the most frequently used materials will be added to this site as a download only offering, and it will be visible to 2D and Genius 3D® Hologic Platinum Marketplace customers.

How will existing Pink Ribbon facilities learn about the new site?

Emails to current 2D mammography exam customers will alert them to the new 2D section of the Hologic Platinum Marketplace. 3D™ customers will transition to the Genius 3D® Platinum Marketplace, and we will direct them to find the tools they need at the new online location. Pink Ribbon facilities will be transitioned to the new website to help support their marketing efforts. A redirect will also be placed on the current Pink Ribbon Facility Marketers Toolbox site to help direct Genius® exam users to the new marketplace upon login.
